Dr. Paul Ralph is a lecturer at the Lancaster University Management School where his research and teaching focus on the design of complex systems. He also provides design consulting and design process improvement services to local and international software development firms. In his spare time, Paul practices and teaches Aikido, a Japanese martial art. Paul lives in Lancaster, U.K.
